About the event

It is not true that we need less sleep as we age. We still should get a minimum of 7 hours of sleep a night. 

What is true, is that many of us have more sleep issues as we get older, but we don’t  need to accept poor sleep as part of normal aging.  We can help ourselves sleep better. 

We will be sharing:

Sleep tips and techniques  that can prevent insomnia,  help you fall asleep and fall back asleep and help you enjoy a better night's sleep.  

This webinar will be delivered over Zoom videoconferencing.

The webinar is free, but you need to register to receive your Zoom link .
